Tracy L. Parsons

I earned my J.D. degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 1997. Immediately after graduation I moved to Atlanta Georgia. After taking and passing the Georgia bar exam that year I became a licensed attorney.

I began my legal career at Yokely and Association. There I provided legal services in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation and family law. I handled cases from inception through trial.

In 2000 I joined the Deming Law Firm in Atlanta, Georgia. The Deming Law Firm was the Georgia provider firm for Pre-Paid Legal Services Inc. At the Deming Law Firm I continued to practice int he areas of civil litigation, personal injury, workers' compensation, and family law.

In 2002 I decided to return to Houston, Texas. After passing the Texas bar in 2002 I joined Nationwide Insurance Company as a defense counsel.

I believed that in starting my own practice I could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues.

In 2005 I founded the Law Office of Tracy L. Parsons. Since then I have represented numerous clients in State and Federal Court. This firm allows me to fully realize my passion for helping people throughout all levels of litigation.

I am a member of the Georgia and Texas Bar. I am a member of the Fort Bend Family Bar Association. I am a volunteer mediator for the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center. Most importantly I am a Christian. I am a crafter, avid movie watcher and football fan.
